La produzione artigianale dei capi DW Denim World
si sviluppa in una serie di passaggi,
ciascuno dei quali prevede una lunga e attenta serie di lavorazioni manuali,
che rendono il brand unico ed esclusivo.
Curati nei minimi dettagli, tutti i materiali sono prodotti da aziende italiane leader nel settore moda, dai bottoni ai rivetti, fino alle salpe.
Tutti gli accessori sono scelti con stile ed attenzione. In contrasto con le tele denim di altissima qualità, le cuciture (a punto intrecciato a catenella) risaltano la lucentezza e purezza dei filati.
Al termine della lavorazione, i capi vengono sottoposti a lavaggi industriali tramite moderne tecniche di lavorazione ecosostenibili e non inquinanti, agendo così nel rispetto non solo dell’ambiente e degli stessi lavoratori,
ma anche del consumatore finale.
I nostri capi, in denim e in cotone, devono il loro successo alle continue sperimentazioni in materia di vestibilità e tessuti, il cui lavoro sartoriale si distingue per l’alto livello.

The hand-crafted production of the DW Denim World items pass trough a number of steps, each of which looks for a long and careful series of manual handling that makes our brand unique and exclusive. Our denim are made paying attention to the smallest detail and with textile fabrics product from Italian leading companies in fashion industry: from buttons and rivets, to the “salpa”. All accessories are chosen with style and attention. In sharp contrast with high quality denim fabrics, the stitching (done with chain stitches) makes the yarn’s sheen and purity standing out. At the end of the production, the garments are undergone to factory washing done trough modern processing techniques, which are eco-friendly and no toxic. In this way DW Denim World can act not only respecting the environment and the workers, but also the final consumer. The specific attention paid to the fabrics and the sartorial labor is what makes this brand standing out.
